We have been using Travel By Nelson for about 20 years. They are a professional group of people led by a highly experienced owner who has trained her team well. Our agent, Lorraine Grohoski, is a very experienced and caring travel agent who always has good suggestions as we have planned numerous domestic and trans-Pacific trips almost annually. And while things can happen that are outside of the travel agent’s purview or control, Ms. Grohoski was there to help us quickly and satisfactorily resolve issues when our hotel lost our reservation. Her experience and ability to deal with “challenging” people is commendable. For these reasons, we continue to refer our friends and family to her for their travel needs.

In particular I have to highlight the work done for me by agent Lorraine Grohoski who always goes above and beyond when making arrangements for my regular travel to the South Pacific. About 10 years ago, we walked into Travel by Nelson and met Lorraine Grohoski. Since then, she has been our travel agent. We usually have her book a couple of cruises a year and have never been disappointed with her professionalism and her taking a personal interest in our trips.
