Live True Yoga - St. Michael

This is a wonderful studio & very welcoming. The instructors are very professional, & yet like to have fun at the same time. They will often give an alternative option if a pose doesn’t work for you. There is no judgment & you are encouraged to make the pose “work” for you & what you need that particular day. There are early morning, morning, & evening options for classes. There is also a livestream option, so one can even take classes while out of town!
There are several different options for classes offered: gentle yoga, barre, yoga sculpt, strength, vinyasa, & occasionally special classes & workshops.

I have been taking classes at the Live True Yoga St. Michael location since it opened and I love it! The wide variety of classes offered by knowledgeable instructors means there is something for everyone. It truly is a judgment-free zone with everyone there just doing the best they can to get the most out of class. Shannon in particular is so fantastic with offering cues or modification options if she sees someone struggling with a particular pose. I always leave class feeling relaxed, stronger and more flexible.

I've been a member of Live True since the beginning. I started with yoga and then fell in love with barre. All of the teachers are amazing. My usual classes are with Jillian and Sarah. I can't say enough good things about these two. They make working out fun for someone who didn't love to work out but now loves it.

Studio and Community are amazing!! They have a variety of classes to choose from as well as class times including an on demand option. I love starting out my day with a power flow class, lunchtime strength class and barre and/or gentle restorative class at night. Everyone is so welcoming! I have not only improved my strength and flexibility but also my mental health. No matter where you are in your journey, you are in the right spot. I am so grateful to be part of this wonderful community!
