Caliber Collision

So far this has been a super nice experience. The insurance company sent me here because they were pre approved for Farmers estimates. I was able to make an appointment with Jessica at the front desk. Who is always joyful and helpful when I call. I brought the truck in on my appointment time and I was done within 15 minutes. Very short wait time!! It only took a couple days for Farmers to approve the estimate and they even left an open approval to cover any supplements since Caliber has since a remarkable history with them. I reached out and let them know I would go ahead and let them do my repairs. Within 4 days they'd ordered and received my initial list of parts needed and set me an appointment to leave the truck a few days later. That part of the process was quick and painless as well. They offered me the option to receive text messages with updates during the repair process and I'm so glad I took advantage of that!! Since then I've received messages every Monday Wednesday and Friday with status reports of the entire process. My truck will be ready in a few more days but I'm so pleased with their customer service I decided to leave a 5-star review even before the job has been completed. I fully intend on updating this review once it's finished to include the remainder of the repair process.. I will add before and after pictures as well!
Update: got the truck back and I am super pleased with the work performed! They did an excellent job. Inside and out.

Caliber repaired my car following a accident. Although the initial date of completion was extended several times due to locating and shipment of parts, Caliber kept me updated. Car was completed within a reasonable time when considering the problems with finding and obtaining appropriate parts for my Caddy. The car looks awesome and so far no problems noted with body work or paint! I recommend Caliber Collision in Hernando, MS.

Caliber did an excellent job on my vehicle after my accident and I would recommend their service. Even though it took over a month for my vehicle to get repaired, i was informed weekly on what was going on. It wasn't their fault it took awhile, it was due to parts not being available. Would use again if I ever need repair work done again. Thanks Caliber!
