The service I received exceeded my expectations. All staff exemplified courteous professional behavior. Jiffy Lube at the Goodman Rd location next to Star bucks has earned my loyalty. If you need a quick professional oil change at a reasonable price Go see the staff at this location hands down they beat the other competitors I have used in Olive Branch!!! The guys and lady that performed my service were really friendly and courteous. They took time to explain different services and prices to me. The service was performed in a timely manner. Jeremy helped me with my warning settings to make sure my oil light reminds me next time. Overall my experience was very efficient and professional. I'm so happy I chose to try this location regardless of some recent negative reviews. I recommend this location.
