Pep Boys

Went in for a oil change and all brake replacement. I made a appointment online and showed up a few minutes early. They starting working on my car soon after that and I was out of the shop in 1-2hrs which in my opinion is not bad at all. Overall I was satisfied with everything.

Had picked out tires on line and when I got there they showed them to me a I realized they were not what I wanted. They showed me several options and were very helpful in helping me find the ones I wanted.

I’m new to this area, so when my car wouldn’t start, I briefly panicked. I quickly googled car repairs near me. Pep Boys came up. I knew I needed a battery and someone to install it. I loved being able to make an appointment online. I was promptly helped when I arrived. The employees were so friendly and explained everything. Definitely recommend.

Amazing service, friendly attendants, and better price than I was honestly fearing. Derek especially helped, making sure I understood my options and helping with my concerns. Am 100% returning, even if I'm a few towns south.

I needed a new tire asap...called many places... nothing( or just terrible service). Called Pepboys #6398( Southaven MS) Charleen answered...she was amazing! Not only did they get me in as soon as possible,it was completed in a very short period of time. All were very professional I encountered. Bryan the mechanic was also great. Made a rough day to a very pleasant experience...thank you!! I will be back.
