(June 28, 2021, 5:48 pm)Robert is still a very personable individual and easy to talk to. The new hearing aids are very much improved from my previous. Price is a little steep but there are lots of features. All is going well except I answered the phone from my hearing aid and liked to never got the static to clear up. It was user error not the equipment.
