  The nursing staff was extremely courteous. Katrina Bew has a beautiful bedside manner. I was able to schedule an appointment online. The text messaging option alerted me when it was time for my appointment. I have always received great care here and will continue to use this medical provider for my health care needs.

  The online check-in and being able to wait at home until close to our turn was much appreciated. The staff (nurse, X-ray tech, Nurse Practitioner) were so kind, professional and personal. We didn’t feel rushed. They listened to us. Excellent care today!

  This was my first visit at this facility. Although there was a 3 hour wait time, I had a good experience. The staff was professional and pleasant. After I finished signing in, the receptionist informed me of the wait time. She told me that I could leave and when it was close to the time for me to be seen by the doctor, I would receive a text. When I arrived I didn't wait long before I was called to the back. I really hate that I can't remember the name of the nurse, but she was very caring. The doctor came in and it was a no frills visit. She had excellent bed side manners and made sure all my questions were answered. If I ever have to go to urgent care again, this is the place for me. Thank you to all the staff at Get well Urgent Care.

  Very pleased with all the staff here from beginning to end. Was quickly seen and very pleasantly surprised by the quality of care. The front desk was pleasant, the intake nurse was fantastic though my child was vomiting. I didn’t get her name though. Linda Clark was the nurse practitioner. She was excellent. Genuinely concerned for my child, listened to our reasons for visit and gave good care. Highly recommend this office and urgent care!

  Love how I can see the wait time and reserve a spot. I received updated messages when to head to the facility. The staff is amazing from the receptionist, the nurse who took my vitals and the Nurse Practitioner. Everyone was very nice and professional. I was treated with care and I genuinely felt cared for, not just a number. This is my second time coming here in the last 2 years and both experiences has been amazing! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great urgent care!!
