    Hands down, the absolute best group of folks I've ever dealt with!
    We purchased a used Avid boat and had trouble getting any of our local (NC) dealers to help us with warranty transfer, parts, general questions, etc. All that changed for us when these folks answered the phone. The entire team continued to bend over backwards and go out of their way to help us with all our concerns when they could've simply been like the rest we've dealt with.
    Not these people! Couldn't be happier with the level of care, professionalism and just plain hospitality and respect we've been shown from Mid-South. If you're in the market for a boat, do yourself a favor and make the trip to see these folks.
    This is what a dealership should be and what an ambassador to the brand! You guys make me proud to own our Avid boat! THANK YOU!!!!!

    Called Mid-South to inquire about parts for an older model Berkshire tritoon. Spoke with Devin and he was very helpful and interested in helping me with all my questions and product needs. I live a long way from Mid-South but I plan to make the drive if they are able to locate what I need!

    Brand new boat dealership/service center with quick and professional service! Took my boat in for winterization and a few other off season fixes and the staff kept me in the loop with progress and my boat was ready to be picked up in less than 2 weeks after waiting for some parts that had to be ordered to come in. I appreciate the communication and quick turn around.
