Most people don't walk out of city hall smiling after paying a ticket. The lady was outside decorating for Christmas, she was so sweet. Had the place inside and out looking amazing, she was the sweetest person ever, i was shaking because I hadn't ate yet that day and offered me a piece of candy. We had a wonderful conversation despite being in there paying a ticket. She had the holiday spirit and a wonderful personality, her kindness brought a smile to my face all the way home. She is a light in the world that we need more of.
