My mom had the best experience with the business. She had problems with her sewing machine and couldn't get it right, so she took it to Charles and he tweeked it a bit and fixed parts and new parts on. She is a happy as can be. She takes everything sweeper, sewing wise to Charles for him to work on..It is great to find a business that will help you and take care of you the right way instead of trying to make you pay way more then necessary, the honest way is a thing of the past..
