Dr. H is amazing!! He cares about his patients like family. His staff treats me with respect and support. He is a role model and does what he preaches. I went to one of Dr. Hornbostle’s weightloss seminars on Nov. 11, 2016. It honestly changed my life and my way of eating FOREVER!! He presented information that night that gave me new information and information that made sense. I had gastric by-pass surgery July, 2000. The day before my surgery I weighed 363 lbs. I had no support after my surgery. The only good bariatric center at that time that I felt comfortable with was in St. Louis. It was a 4 plus hour drive but worth changing my life. Since then, I had added about 70 lbs. SO, I was turning 60, had health issues and going on an 11-day trip to Europe. I needed a life change. I EASILY lost the weight and made my goal off 200 lbs (I am 5’ 10” tall). This is the smallest I’ve been in 32 years. That night after the seminar, I went home and took out everything in my pantry and fridge and gave all that food to a friend who had just lost her job. Now, I QUIT playing the diet game. It was a game that I wasn’t ever going to win. So, I highly recommend Dr. H and the Mosaic Bariatric Center. Just go to one of his FREE seminars and get with the program. There are several weightloss options and Dr. H presents all options. Are you ready to change your life? Then this might be an option for you. Remember, weightloss programs, surgeries, etc. are TOOLS. You have to be completely commited in your head to have the success that I’ve had.
