(November 8, 2016, 1:01 pm)I lived at Chapel Ridge Apartments from 2011-2016 the only reason I moved out was due to a relocation to KC. This is one of the best if not the best apartment complex in town. The apartments are well maintained, the grounds always look great and when there is an issue management and maintenance are fast at making sure it is taken care of. I lived in both a two and three bedroom while there and the transition process when moving was great. Kristy and Amanda have been there as long as I have and are great assets to the company they have always gone above and beyond for my family and also go above and beyond for others in need in the complex. They truly do care and are always happy to assist! If I am ever in need of a home in St Joe in the future I would not go anywhere else! Thanks for the wonderful years!
