  Excellent Customer care! The power was out for 4 days in our small town! Kerry an Heather made it a better stay under our adverse conditions! Fast Friendly an Excellent Customer service!! Thank you so Verry Much Ladies!

  Over the last month and a half I've stayed here on 3 separate occasions. For a week at a time. They are under construction. Which is annoying. But, the customer service here is by far the best I have ever seen. I was checked in by the same girl each time. I wish I remembered her name. She was the best. Thank you for the experience. That front desk clerk goes above and beyond and really makes you feel at home! ! Thank you!!

  I choose this particular Hotel simply because it's a Comfort Inn & Suites. I've lived in Hotels for 11 years now and even though the Comfort Inn Hotels usually are not my first choice, this location was very convenient as well as reasonable on the price. Staff was helpful as well as friendly despite a 1:30 am visit. Rooms were clean and nice as they usualy are with plenty of room to relax. Definitely recommend staying at the Comfort Inn & Suites here in Columbia Missouri. Thanks for getting a room so quick on such a short notice, great work and thanks for everything!

  Fast and easy check in. The lady at the front desk was very friendly. Rooms were nice and beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were a little small. Breakfast was great. All and all was a very nice stay for us.

  This is a nice hotel. They were doing some remodeling when we were there. It is kept up.
  Nice comfortable beds. Better continental breakfast with more variety than some other places I have been to.
  Subway next door.
