Bob came at a time that was agreeable to us, was excellent listening to our needs, and drew up ideas for us to review and gave us a bid. He returned a second time at our request and answered all our questions. He has the patience of a saint! He informed us ahead of equipment and rock arrivals and worked diligently and effectively to complete the project timely and to our satisfaction with as little disruption as possible to property and our personal lives. He was always professional , there were no hidden costs, and Gradex is a company that we trust and respect. We have a second project that we plan to embark upon shortly and Gradex and Bob are our choice. If you choose them, you will be very satisfied.
