  The staff here is always helpful, with a pleasant disposition. They have always helped me to find the least expensive method to ship my packages. I can also schedule pick-ups on the usps website very easily and they are willing to provide mail tote baskets for my packages.

  For the most part, staff is helpful and friendly with only a couple exceptions at the window where the lady seemed annoyed when I walked up to get a package sent and inconveniently interrupted her conversation with the other workers. I’ve rarely had issues with receiving mail (except for one instance they transferred one of my incoming packages to Harrisonville).

  They are ALWAYS very helpful and friendly. They explain all the mailing options so you can make a decision on the best way to send a package. I always appreciate their help and smiles.
