(December 30, 2020, 12:27 pm)Jeffrey, I apologize for any misunderstanding but Shelter simply sent you a bill for not paying yours on time. That resulted in a negative review to my office. When we spoke over the phone in regards to the review, you stated you did it wrong and it should have been five stars. You never switched it and have now also changed your previous review from five stars to four. You changed your phone number and we couldn't get ahold of you so I literally drove to your home to help you. Please let me know how my office can better serve clients in the future when they don't pay their bill or notify us of a pertinent information change. Thanks in advance!
