(November 28, 2018, 6:05 pm)We are recently new customers, so far our experience with KC Complete Auto is outstanding. 1st trip in was Complete new brake lines ... 2nd visit was 2 new tires for my wife's car.
I hadn't really made an appointment either time, yet Ron got me in and taken care of as soon as he could. Very clean place in the shop area and waiting area. Seems like a relaxed atmosphere. -

Howevwe, I recently had a dead battery while at work, I could not get a charge. They came to my office, got my car started, installed a new battery and the super awesome girl that works there stopped by on her lunch hour to give me an update. By far the best service I’ve ever had with my car! They will be my go to forever and I will happily recommend them to everyone. I am so thankful for them!!!

(August 30, 2018, 9:58 pm)Took my Dodge over after I tried to fix an issue with my coolant leak. Suspected blown head gasket based on my research and diagnosis. After towing the vehicle over, I worked with Ron on diagnostics. Unfortunately, they were unable to identify the source of the leak, and advised they weren't comfortable with tearing in and replacing the gaskets without being able to confirm the source. Though they weren't able to help me this time, I appreciated their quick turnaround time to get my car in, fast diagnosis, and communication throughout. I'll definitely give them a ring next time I need repairs.
