  I’ve really enjoyed living here! The apartments are nice, well layed out, and spacious. I feel safe here and love that it’s so close to my daughters school, as well as just about anything else you could possibly need. The staff members that I’ve met/worked with, Laurie, Con, Aaron, and Kelly have always been extremely friendly, helpful, and personable. They’ve always been great about keeping in contact with me and working together to solve any problem that has come up. Overall I would definitely recommend giving township a try!

  My husband and I just signed our second lease in November. This was our first place together. They’ve treated us with the upmost respect. All of the leasing agents are always so attentive. Anytime we’ve got an issue they get back to us quickly. We’re in love with all the amenities our complex offers. From our gym, business center , to our relaxing clubhouse. If your looking for an apartment that’s affordable , safe and welcoming. Then this is the place for you! Welcome home.

  I wanted to take a minute to express what personable employees you have working at the Township, the gentleman that I talked with a few days ago on the telephone was a pleasure. He was every so kind and sweet and he had a very charming accent (I could listen to him talk all day) – I believe his name was Shawn. He graciously allowed me the opportunity to provide me information that I needed even though I am not intending to move until later next year, the township is top of my list.

  The on-site staff have ALWAYS treated my family and me with great respect and dignity. The office staff that I know and have interacted with (Sarah, Jeff, Sean, Marissa and Laurie) make me feel that I'm important and the the issues I may bring to their attention. The maintenance staff that I know and have interacted with (Tim, Con, Aaron, and Eduardo) continue to impress me as well. Even though they have to seriously triage their property maintenance requests because of the high demands placed upon them, they do an honest and good job, a very good job. I will gladly recommend a FIVE STAR
  (instead of a 4) when Sarah and Tim are allowed by the owner to make greater decisions that they know will improve the resident satisfaction level. I have opportunities to recommend The Township and will gladly continue to do so.

  I wanted to write a short note on the Township and the office staff, the apartment that I have is called a Logan and it suits my needs so much. The den we use as an office space but you could easily use it as a spare room. The Township is very centrally located, the airport isn't too far away and its minutes away from Liberty.
  
  The office staff are always so nice and welcoming, they really do make living here a pleasure. I have worked with Sean who is always proven to be a big help when I have needed help. If he is out of the office I enjoy working with Laurie as she is the best at handling maintenance requests.
  
  I enjoy my stay here and would very much recommend the Township to anyone all.
