(December 5, 2017, 10:48 am)I have been a member since the doors opened and I can say through all my experiences with other gyms I have visited that this is home. Between the coaches, programming, and community, they really do have it all. The classes are smaller which is nice for the one-on-one critiques on form and genuinely care for your safety. Will recommend this place for all ages and fitness levels as everyone is welcome!

(March 8, 2017, 11:48 am)Hands down the best gym I've ever stopped at. Contacted Chase on my way into Kansas City through email and within minutes he replied and gave me the hours. Everyone one there was super nice and welcoming. Definitely stop in there anytime I'm passing through.

(December 31, 2016, 11:27 am)We were drop ins for the week during the holidays. Chase was very warm and welcoming and made us feel right at home! The space is great and has all the equipment you need. We weren't able to make a class one day but felt comfortable hanging out during their open gym. The classes are just the right size and the people are great! Thanks Chase for making your gym our home away from home. We will be back!
