Took my phone in to get the charging port replaced today, first off they got me in same day! I got back to pick my phone up and the service guy spent an hour cleaning the port and removed a wedged piece of plastic I couldn’t see in there. He didn’t charge me anything for repairing my phone, this place is literally HALF THE PRICE of ubreakifix but is also honest so you won’t have to spend unnecessary money. Thank you guys again, I’ll be coming back and sending my friends here as well!

They are awesome! Every other place I spoke to treated me poorly. Wow Wow was truly helpful. I would recommend them to anyone who wants anything technical.

The staff was incredibly helpful, informative, and friendly/awesome customer service. I dropped my phone in water and the screen went dim. After calling tons of places, Wow Wow Wireless informed me that they’d place my phone in the dehydrator to see that would resolve the issue before we looked at pricing for a new screen, etc. that fixed and they charged NOTHING to do that for me. Honest service!
