  The staff is very professional and friendly! They have been most helpful in understanding my situation. Their desire to see me making progress is evident at every appointment. I am thankful for their positive, encouraging spirits and care.

  I have been a patient at this location I think 5 times. Each therapist that worked with me was fantastic. They encouraged me and directed me in so many ways with their expertise. Jenny was so much fun. We laughed and giggled every time I was there. I'm working with Paula now with a finger injury and she is so sweet and is really helping my finger get back to normal. The receptionist always has a smile on her face greeting everyone who comes in. I look forward to my next ailment just because I will be given exceptional care and expertise from all the staff at Serc Metro North.

  After an ankle tendon transfer I was really struggling! Angie was patient and encouraging. She worked so hard to be sure I was progressing as I should. She is the perfect balance of push and pamper. I always left felling better and and am happy with how far I’ve come!!!

  The people here are so friendly, like family as you return each time for therapy. They act as your advocate with the insurance company. I felt that I could trust them completely with my care and progress. Thank you Angie! You"ve been amazing!

  I have been using SERC for therapy following a rotator cuff tear and later surgery. My primary therapist is Teresa, but I have had others. Teresa is awesome. She explains things well, helps correct me, and is a good taskmaster--which I need sometimes. I am coming to the end of my therapy sessions, and she is looking ahead to help me plan for further exercises to carry on individually. Other therapists have been great to work with as well. The entire staff, including front desk Jeannette, are always friendly, cheerful, and the therapy staff all have the commitment to help patients get better. They know it isn't easy but encourage patients to continue on and do exercises at home to get better as quickly as possible. I will use them again if I need to.
