Shawna Heintz, O.D.

Dr. Heintz is very compassionate, knowledgeable, and patient, and her examinations are thorough. I wear contacts and glasses and am very near-sighted. I have always been very picky about my eye doctors, so needless to say, I'm grateful our paths crossed! She helped fit me with a much more comfortable contact than I've ever worn in the past. Her office staff is excellent, too. Her hours are flexible so scheduling an appointment is a breeze. It's also convenient that she's located in Costco where the optical department is also second to none!

Excellent service. Scheduling was a breeze! Very professional and friendly service. She took the time to explain everything she was doing to test my vision and the health of my eyes. Once she determined which contacts I needed, she tested my vision once again with my new contacts in, just to make sure they fit perfectly and my vision was dialed in. Very happy with my visit to Dr. Heintz . I was promptly attended to by the young lady that works with the Dr. (sorry I forgot her name) she was very prompt with my insurance questions and called my provider and got the necessary information. My exam was much more thorough than previous eye Dr's. I've seen. After testing she took the time to sit with me and explain what the overall health of my eyes appeared to be with her testing and picture of my eyes. Both the Dr. and her assistant are awesome and fun to visit with. Only place I will go from now on. Overall experience was great.

So, at 71 years young I got contacts. Go figure. Easiest experience of my life. I can see. The team couldn't have been nicer. Low cost, great service and two extraordinarily pleasant young women. Don't hesitate. I am not related to either of them.
