Hospice House at NKC hospital was such a comfort in helping our family when my husband was admitted, he had fallen at a rehab facility and suffered severe brain trauma. He was only at Hospice House for a few hours, but even though he was unresponsive you could tell he was more at peace. The staff was amazing, professional and very compassionate. A true blessing.
I just want to say that I would never take any family member anywhere else but here. The compassion these men and women have here are over the top. Starting with Ashley the social worker down to the women that answer the phones. Every one of them. They have the biggest hearts and are doing an amazing job with my mother. I can’t name them all but I will say the people that I have been Around need a raise and a bonus..... Michelle on days. Michelle on nights. Clayton, krista, Christina ... thank You from the bottom of my heart for the care and love you have shown my mother and my family.....
I lost my dad 2 weeks ago. And I can say the nurses at hospice house were very caring, compassionate. They made sure he was clean and comfortable. Especially Stephanie. Thank you.
I just want to take a moment to express my appreciation for NorthCare Hospice House. I lost my grandmother yesterday after 18 days in their care, and a large part of the comfort and peace I feel now is because I KNOW she was taken care of. We were blown away by how much the staff comforted us, took care of her, and how genuine everyone was. A few people I specifically remember and want to personally thank: Stephanie, Beth, Eva, Candice, Betsey and chaplain Bruce... but I know there were many more. Thank you for everything.
Chuck and Jean Jeske, RIP - This house provided great comfort for Chuck last July 5 and unexpectedly Jean a bit over a year later on Sept 1. The family appreciated all the staff. Thank you.
