  I've known Ammon for a few years now. I am a former personal trainer myself but after discussing my goals with Ammon, it was clear his knowledge was so far more advanced than myself and other trainers that I knew it only made sense to hire him to help me get back to where I was.
  
  He built me a routine that I enjoyed, worked on my form, helped me progress, and then changed things up as I was adapting. We checked my body fat routinely and focused on goals.
  
  In fact, I just reached out to Ammon again tonight for more training/diet help and decided to write this review.

  I’ve known Ammon for many years now and I’ve watched him grown as a trainer. He is very knowledgeable and willing to help anyone that comes to talk to him. He has always been there when I had questions or just needed some good advice. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend anyone to him for personal training. I feel like he could help anyone, any shape or size! Whether you have little fitness knowledge or you’re a regular and you just want to bounce ideas off of him, he is your guy!
