Within minutes he remedied our problem at no charge! We offered to pay but he said instead "No charge,.

Campfire RV is a small family owned business started from scratch and it takes time to get authorization from insurance companies to do jobs as well as ordering and receiving specific parts. This company goes out of its way to service units other companies turn down, so please educate yourself before giving negative feedback.
