(November 23, 2018, 9:25 am)I love this place. You will want to make an appointment ahead of time, they don't seem to do walk-ins. They are pretty fast and reasonably priced. They appear to be very knowledgeable too.

Before I found them I had gone to two other places because my 2016 Jeep was dying, the electronics were going in and out. I went to another franchise and they said they couldn't get to me for 3 days and then I went to a dealership and they said it would be a week. I explain to both of them that if I shut my car off it might not start again.
When I arrived at this place I sat out in the parking lot and called them to explain the situation.
After telling me that they were completely booked for the next 4 days we talked a little bit more, he heard my angst, looked out the window and said "It's okay we will fit you in, but it may be several hours, I hope that's acceptable?"
The level of kindness and empathy was very much appreciated by me as he coaxed me to just turn off my car and come in.
Within two hours they had replaced the battery and all was well. The price was very fair and I was filled with gratitude for the kindness of these strangers. They will always be my first choice to get my vehicle fixed.
