  We found Scharig Alarm Systems to have a remarkable responsiveness to the needs of the customer. They waded through our disheveled, previously flooded from roof leakages and almost dangerous areas within to understand the scope of what is planned for the future of our building once the inside is is restored and renovated. We have approximately 43,000 square feet yet when the evaluation was done and recommendations made, our entire Board was quite impressed with the thoughtful consideration that was given to the assessment. We will certainly be using Sharig Alarm Systems for our complete security needs including cameras when we are under way with renovation this fall. We would recommend them highly.   I called Kevin and he came by my house and discussed our alarm desires and needs and we came up with a plan. I mentioned to Kevin that we were going to be gone for a couple of weeks and really wanted to get the alarm system installed ASAP. He installed it the next day, can't get customer service like that from big companies.

  We have been customers of Scharig Alarm Systems since 2014. Kevin installed monitoring systems in both our home and our warehouse in addition to cameras in our warehouse. Kevin is truly an expert in his trade and provides good quality and value. Most recently, Kevin changed out the DVR for the system in our home that had been installed by another small business that we had many issues with. Everything works great now and we love our mobile app for monitoring both home and warehouse locations. The app is better than what the previous company used that we inadvertently discovered gave us access to some of their customer's camera security systems. Talk about security! You won't regret going with Kevin Scharig.

  Overall since we have had the system installed, we have been very pleased. Kevin is really detailed in his work, and makes sure that you understand all documents, and the services that are being provided. He also makes sure you know how the system works, and operates before leaving your home. Also the cost won't break you for home security. I think my husband and I are satisfied with all the features.
