They treated me as though I was valued. When I am in a spot to purchase my next machine I will be going through them!

She pointed out which of their features were different and which would be helpful for me specifically. She even walked the new machine out to my car for me.

(January 25, 2021, 12:26 pm)I had my weird sewing machine (a Shark by Euro-Pro) serviced here and had a great experience! Because everyone is picking up new hobbies now, the waitlist for repairs was quite a while (7 weeks when I dropped mine off) but it was only 4 weeks before we got the call to pick it up! It's working great now and I am happy that I chose to fix it there; Now I know of a great local place to buy supplies from rather than the big box stores!
