Took it to Albatross Computers, they fixed the problem and I had it back the next working day. Some things appeared different than before, but he explained things to me, taught me paths I wasn't aware of, and I'm back in business. Even a follow-up question I made by phone was handled quickly and efficiently. I strongly recommend Albatross Computers for anyone with computer problems. Several friends recommended the company to me and I am pleased to recommend it--without reservation--to anyone with a computer problem. It's in a handy location and the people there are super helpful.

They have never disappointed me with their care and professional resolution of whatever issue was presented to them. Folks I have referred have raved about the results they have received - and have become long-time customers as well. They also have some very nice pre-owned machines from time to time as well.
