I had such a positive experience.
I was able to get an appointment immediately, I was quoted 30 to 45 minute wait and I was in and out before the 45 minutes were up.
The entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable and made sure I understood the entire process multiple times. They cleaned and and expected every window to make sure I wasn’t missing any additional damage, Which I thought was nice.
Their facility was very clean and up to date, which included a waiting room that was kid friendly. They had a charging station for phones, a coffee bar, vending machines, free water, tv, coloring area for your kids, and free WiFi. One of their staff members even watched my kids while I was taken to the garage. (Thank you so much!)
I received an email with my receipt before leaving and my car was given back in excellent shape.

(July 18, 2017, 3:45 pm)Jason the mobile tech did a superb job!!! He was very courteous and on time. He was very cautious in the care of my truck while removing the old windshield as to not scratch anything. It looked very great with a brand new window. He put on the new wipers I had previously purchased just needed to put on. Vacuumed the front which was WAY OVERDUE. I even like he noticed a scratch in the replacement glass prior to install so he called to get a different one rather than installing. Granted whoever loads the work trucks should have caught this I am glad Jason did and took the extra time. I wasn't on a time crunch but even if I would have been I rather get new glass than have scratched one installed, yes even though my truck is 10 years old. Great job!!!
