Honestly…this was the best experience I’ve had, buying a vehicle! These guys are really great guys! It felt like going to a friend’s house, laughing, hanging out, and then buying his Santa Fe….zero pressure…volunteered, complete disclosure on vehicles (mileage, any known background, etc…)
It was a truly comfortable, positive experience.
I will certainly tell anyone that M&H is the best place to go if you’re in the market for a used vehicle.
I bought an RX-8 from Chris and I couldn't be happier with the way he handled the whole thing. Very easy to get along with and strike a deal with. Honest and open. I am very mechanically-inclined and inspected the car top to bottom. Chris was willing to negotiate a fair price based on the condition of the car and that was a breath of fresh air. Gave me a fair deal on my trade-in too. I couldn't have hoped for a better car buying experience.
Everybody was very courteous and helpful and stressed that they wanted my experience to be a good one. Not the typical high-pressure salesmen. I felt very comfortable with all of them.
I went to this location looking to switch from Sprint. I didn't have much hope coming to Verizon, because I feel like all wireless companies promise the same claim of the best service. However, what convinced me to switch to Verizon was not the company plans themselves, but the excellent customer service I received from Justin. He explained everything in great detail, if there was something I didn’t understand, he found a way to explain it. When I purchase services from any company, my final decision in closing a deal is primarily based on the customer service I receive, not the product itself. Once again, thank you Justin for all your help!

Got me a new 5G unlocked phone and needed a new Verizon 5G SIM card (old phone had a 4G SIM card which I could not use). Took exactly seven minutes to verify the required SIM card, pay for it and let her insert it so I could activate it when I got home! Thanks, young lady!
