Dr. VerStraete and Jeffrey are the best!!!
Dr. John is probably the most intelligent person I've ever met and he has taken wonderful care of me. He brings the "care" back to "healthcare". His office, staff and even the doctor himself are not your "typical" practice so don't be thrown off when you walk in and see his two labs laying around the office- this is how Plaza Physicians Group operates. He is unconventional in the best way possible. A- "come as you are" practice. Him and his staff are extremely kind, caring and most of all- healing.
That HATE-filled review (imo) of Dr.Verstraete up below is in NO way indicative of The Loving, Caring Doctor He is. I'm a cancer patient (melanoma stage IIIC), he is my family doctor and I can't imagine how I'd have coped with the year of Interferon Alpha 2 ...plus a sepsis event that had me in the hospital for almost a month(10 days in ICU). He and His Staff are Professional, fun and funny when the time is right & I can't imagine a better Doctor/staff & feel incredibly blessed to have him & his staff in my life!!
