I used this company through my insurance for the pipes in my house when I was having some stoppage problems in my bathroom and kitchen area. I had to call these two gentlemen out on a weekend with very little notice because all the other plumbing contractors through my insurance were not interested in working on the weekend with such little notice(understandable). When they arrived the issue was quickly diagnosed via a camera in the main drain and the problem roots were swiftly removed from the drain. I cannot explain how happy I am with the professionalism and know-how this duo showed. They told me their names but unfortunately I cant remember at the moment. Thank you guys so much for helping me on such short notice and I will be requesting this company if I ever have any other issues with my plumbing. 5 stars! fantastic work!
Precision Plumbing is one of the best to do it!! They really make sure the job gets done. Professional demeanor and a will to work hard for the customer. The two guys, Pat and Randall, who came to our home we're both friendly and kind and knew exactly what they were doing!!
Precision is unlike the multiple others who tried to fix our main line , as the others just told us that the job couldn't be done. But these two outstanding men both diagnosed the issue and didn't stop at anything to ensure the outcome of our problem was completed to our satisfaction. Not only, should I mention, did they fix our issue, they went above and beyond making sure all surrounding areas were eveb cleaner than it was before our issue.

Pat and his partner were so thorough when inspecting the issue we were experiencing and not only fixed the problem immediately, but helped us understand various things about plumbing throughout our home.

I have had an issue with my main line backing up into my basement for 3+ months and have had 5 different plumbing companies out to try and figure out the issue. I have two stacks in my basement and each company that came out inspected what they called the "main stack". One company told me it was tree roots, another told me that the line was broken and needed to be replaced (so I replaced 5 ft of pipe in my backyard... $$$) and the others told me that there was absolutely nothing wrong with it (yet the main line continued to back up into the basement).
Finally, I ended up calling an independent inspector to come out and look at my lines thinking that because they didn't do repairs, they would be more likely to give me an honest assessment of my plumbing situation. They also told me everything looked fine (yet the main line continued to back up into the basement).
Finally, I decided to call one last time and Precision Plumbing was dispatched. Thank goodness.
1. Frank and Kevin inspected BOTH stacks. No other company has done that to date. The other stack had a cap on it that was difficult to access but that didn't stop these guys.
2. Everything was thoroughly explained to me along the way. I will admit I know next to zero about plumbing so this was beyond appreciated.
3. Blankets were placed down over my carpets. I can't believe I am saying this but this is the first company to even put a barrier down between their machines and carpets!
4. They fixed the issue. After 8+ visits from 5 different companies, Precision Plumbing took the time to actually diagnose the issue and they fixed it.
I am beyond grateful for these Frank and Kevin. You guys did an awesome job!
