  Love these lofts located conveniently near river market and all of the parks, trails, and restaurants the area has to offer. City market center is a 5 minute walk away. My loft is large and spacious and located on the 3rd floor with a beautiful west view of the Missouri river. The units have been fully remodeled from top to bottom and have high ceilings, large open windows, exposed closets, and beautiful historic wooden columns and beams. All kitchen appliances and a full size washer/dryer are also included in the unit. I have had nothing but positive experiences with management - coming from AZ, Keri was available and quick to respond and was flexible in working with me. There are two gated parking lots or street parking (free), the lots cost extra but it has been worth it. The building gym is not huge, but has of the all cardio/weight lifting equipment you need. The building has been very quiet and includes a rooftop deck that overlooks the river, downtown, and river market. This has been an excellent place to reside! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a historic, spacious loft in the river market neighborhood.

  Beautiful historic building with residential lofts inside. Location is great if you are wanting to be downtown but still enjoy the ease of River Market. Convenient for highway access if you have to commute for work.

  Very nice loft space downtown. I love the old architectural beams and exposed bricks. Great space and location downtown!
