  Went on a Tuesday to celebrate a birthday with some friends. Food was good and the space is cute. Great if you’re up for trying something new!
  Service was a little slow, but we had been forewarned. Would highly recommend the beef kebab appetizer, very tender. Fufu was fun to try (like mashed potatoes, only cassava) and the cassava with goat and joloff rice all got high marks, as did the goat stew. They also brought out a slice of cheesecake in honor of the birthday :)

  Food was good, chicken was amazing, fish was great and the atieke was a little salty. But was good. Ma girl's drink was spilled by the waiter and he didn't help to clean it of her and the table. The owner is usually nice and food is good too!.

  I lived in West Africa for a decade and have worked there for over 30 years and the food at Fannie's West African Cuisine was better than any homemade or great restaurant in West Africa I ever ate at. If you've never eaten West African food you are missing a wonderful experience. The Cassava Leaf and the Jollof Rice were out of this world as were the Plantains. Do yourself a huge favor and go to Fannie's. You will not only never regret it, you will start a whole new experience you can share with other friends.

  Delicious, fresh food! If you already know and love West African style food, you will be at home. If you are new to the cuisine, you will be sad you didn't find it a long time ago. Thank you, Fannie's, for keepin' it real!! (And thanks for keeping us and your lovely staff safe with masks, hand sanitizer and socially distanced seating.)
