  Best Butcher in Kansas City Missouri. Stu and Jim and their staff know their stuff. The best dry age rib eyes and pork chops. Have been going there since they opened. Go! You won't be disappointed!

  THIS PLACE DESERVES 10 STARS !!!
  When I walked through the door I was greeted immediately with a smile and a welcome. "CUT OFF DA HORNS WIPE HIS BUT AND PUT HIM ON MY PLATE", that's how fresh the meat is! Did I mention the POULTRY and FISH ????!?!? FRESH, FRESH, FRESH!!!

  I have a long-standing relationship with this place and I must say - they're the best. They can get you anything you need if they don't have it on hand. The creativity of the products they make in-house makes them the best in town for sausage, sub-primal cuts of beef, smoked/cured products, and other items. Also, they have some of the freshest and best seafood selection in town - sushi grade fish, sweet scallops, and whole fish if you need. If you haven't been, you should get there now.

  I can't say enough great things about this shop, and feel like five stars is an understatement. Always a great selection of meats, sausages, seafood, and deli/cheeses. What sets the place apart is the employees. They're always looking to help, and will happily jot down a recipe for you if you're trying something new. I've been a customer for years, and will continue to be for long into the future.
