Mark has been a tremendous help to our family. He helped update, market and sell our home. Mark had also drafted a lease purchase agreement and closing documents for us in the past. I highly recommend Mark Roy!

Mark represented me with professionalism and competence. In the past I had experience with two different attorneys before finding Mark. I always felt like I was in good hands with him and I found his representation to be nothing short of brilliant.

In general, I would highly recommend Mark to anyone. Not only is he competent and respected in the field, but an ethical and upstanding professional. I cannot thank Mark enough.

I would recommend Mr. Mark Roy and his Real Estate firm for any legal matters. My father had passed away and left me his house in Missouri. I live in another state with young children and could not make the time or trip to sell the property. Mr. Roy was able to handle all aspects of the sale. He was very professional and kept me informed at all times of the progress. I do not know what I would have done if Mark did not handle all legal matters for me. It was also beneficial that he was a lawyer and a broker. I was able to sell the house and property exceeding my asking price!!

Mark has been very helpful and straightforward with his counsel always seeking the best step forward for this client. I will continue to seek Mark's input and representation whenever working with real estate opportunties. He's earned my trust and respect.
