This is the most amazing daycare, preschool, and kindergarten around. They start taking kids at 2.5 and go to school age. You won't find anything like it anywhere.
ASTRA is an autism training school and they specialize in early intervention. They have specialized one-on-one teaching when needed. About 50% of the kids are not on the spectrum. Our son doesn't have autism, but has benefited greatly from the small classes, low ratios of teacher to student, and their intentional teaching. It has been amazing to watch his progress and how he has learned to communicate with others in the way they need. For Example some kids don't like to be looked in the eye. With those kids he squats and gets under their eye level and changes his tone of voice.
As of January 2017 they were talking about moving farther south. Be sure to ask about their plans.
