She’s not just a personal trainer, she’s a friend who cares and wants the best for her clients. You’ll feel that with her from the second you meet. Her holistic approach goes the extra mile to ensure that she’s getting to root issues and adds a personal touch with every session.   I have been a client of Beth’s for almost 10 years. She is hands down the best trainer I’ve ever worked with. I have always trusted her approach to fitness. When I do what she recommends, I always see great results! I have also relied on Beth for guidance on nutrition. Over the past couple of years I had gained some weight and was struggling to get it off. No matter how much I worked out, my body was not changing. I met with Beth and she recommended a few simple diagnostic tests to see if there were any underlying problems causing my my inability to lose inches. After reviewing my results, she recommended a few small tweaks to my diet and some natural supplements to address the test results. A couple of weeks later I not only felt significantly better, but I started seeing results from my workouts again.

  Beth White has been my Personal Trainer and friend for nearly 10 years. She has helped me in every facet of my fitness and nutrition, as well as gut and overall health. Beth has been there every step of the way whether I am training for a Figure Competition, running half marathons, or just staying the course for everyday life. Her knowledge and insistence helped me to discover my food allergies and sensitivities as well as understanding and balancing my hormones through the years.
  Beth cares about my overall health and is the most compassionate and knowledgeable trainer in the KC area.

  Beth saved my life! After cancer treatments my body was weak and off balance. She got me on the right supplements and taught me everything I needed to know about clean healthy food. This was after countless appointments with doctors and other nutrition specialists. She takes the time to get to know your body/health and make the plan that's right for you. It made a world of difference and forever changed my life. Highly recommend.
