I went from being in the shape of my life to not being able to workout because I was in so much pain. My body was getting worse and worse. I was going to the chiropractor and getting deep tissue massages regularly for a year and a half when it got really bad. I was at the end of options, until I found Rick that is. His knowledge, skill and perception of what is causing what are all amazing. I haven’t felt this good in years!!

I began MFR treatment about two months ago with Rick and am amazed with his expertise of the MFR hands-on technique. Since therapy, I have experienced less tissue restrictions and restored motion in problem areas of legs, ankles and feet.
