  We recently moved to the Kansas city area and don't have much furniture to furnish our new home.
  We randomly found this furniture store through the internet.
  The staff at Crowley's are very friendly and helpful. They don't hover over you or try to push you into making a decision.
  There is also a great selection of furniture that you can customize to your own taste for an affordable price.
  We will be purchasing a couch from them soon.

  We were very happy with the service we received from Peggy who helped us purchase our office furniture from the Lee's Summit store. The scheduling department was very helpful when I called. The two men who delivered our furniture today did an excellent job. Took extra careful precautions getting the furniture through the office door! We bought a desk, matching file drawer and 3 book cases. One of the book cases had a few missing pegs. One of the employees, Kurt Shay immediately brought them over. Crowley's provides excellent service and I would definately recommend this store to our friends and family.

  Overall a good buying experience. Furniture shopping can be very frustrating , but surprisingly this store had exactly what we were looking for within a price range that I found to be acceptable. The furniture we ordered came rather promptly even though we had chosen a customizing option. My only suggestion would be to possibly look for ways to make the check out process faster. Other than that, I think this store will prove to be a valuable and convenient furniture shopping option for people living in LS.

  We just love shopping at Crowley. They have a great selection of beautiful furniture. They also offer an interior design service that was very affordable and helped us greatly to visualize our home before we made a purchase. The staff in Lee’s Summit is great, friendly knowledgeable and helpful. The best thing about Crowley Furniture is it’s NOT a mega-warehouse store with an overwhelming warehouse of limited selection with a staff of people with very limited knowledge about what they are selling. They ARE a store with well thought out selections of furniture set up in a style where you can visualize what it might look like in your house with a staff of knowledgeable people who care and take the time to help you make the right decision. Thanks Crowley!
