Having the browning for my wedding weekend was one of the best and easiest decisions when planning my wedding. Liesl went out of her way to make it perfect and I could not be happier with how everything turned out. I could not say enough good things about this place. I felt at home and comfortable all weekend and it's just what I needed for that weekend.

This beautifully restored and maintained historic inn is cozy, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The owner, Liesl, prepared a delicious breakfast. The location could not be better; just a short walk to local shops. Have fun all day and return for a good night's rest at the Browning.

My husband and I stayed at The Historic Browning - Lee's Summit last week. It is now a go to B and B for us. The decor is clever, bright and cheerful. The breakfast fresh and delicious. The host delightful. It is obvious that Liesl is focused and detailed oriented. She does not miss a beat.
