They let you know if other stuff might be going on with your vehicle and how soon or how long you have before it will be time to replace. Always appreciate their respectful and honesty towards to wallet.

(August 31, 2018, 7:58 am)I called 3 local shops for a quote on a large repair I wanted done on my dads F150, one sho did not ever call back, the 2nd acted like I was bothering them when calling & rushed the call & Mark from Perfection on the 3rd was polite, efficient & very reasonable on price. I ended up using Marks shop for the 1st time. I am a recent Ford service advisor, so sort of a critic. Mark really hit it out of the park! They did great work, great price & just friendly. I appreciate that! I have certainly found my new shop for repairs I do not want to do! Thanks again Mark & Matt.
Update: 08/31/2018 - Google would not let me make another review, I just had another car in for a pretty heavy rear brake service & the guys did a great job again! Thank you! -

(August 8, 2018, 12:27 pm)Excellent customer service. Had suspension work done here. They were efficient and performed top notch work. Mark was more than accommodating. Lovely place and reasonable pricing. I normally do not feel comfortable at mechanic shops but in this instance they treated me with the utmost respect. well appreciated. Definitely recommend. Will go back for future maintenance on my vehicle. Thanks again!

Mark and his team have had the opportunity to service all my personal vehicles as well as a few of my company cars. It is a real pleasure to have an auto repair shop you can really trust, the work has always been performed in a timely manner at a reasonable price. This is a place I can really count on to take care of my vehicles and keep them running their best. Mark has always stressed "preventative maintenance" and will suggest rather than force it upon you. If you feel you can't trust your mechanic you have now, go to see Mark. He will restore your trust in auto repair shops.
