Services are amazing. Their timing sense was pretty impressive. Driver (Aron) is amazing.
My wife had her horse trailer come unhitched while driving down I-70 in KC. ABC sent a truck out right away, and the driver (Randy) was fantastic. He jacked the trailer back up and onto the truck hitch, then followed her to a local trailer shop to have the trailer inspected, and waited to make sure that everything was OK. Price was more than reasonable and was stated up front when I called - a real benefit when you don't know anything about who you're calling - started the whole experience off with trust. Thank you!
Called, them up to get towed to a mechanic shop and they showed up on time. loaded quickly. Very helpful and informative. Price was average for the area. Will remember to use again, hopefully not in the near future.
My tire blew out on my car, and my car is didn't come with a spare. Because it was so small and the back wheels are larger than the front. I called my roadside service through progressive and this is who came. He was quick, and did an excellant job. He made it back to my house before I did. I would advise people to use them.
