(October 8, 2022, 3:11 am)I was a 33 year smoker and 3 packs a day for at least 15 + years of that. Im a truck driver and i thought sitting in a rig driving all day that i would lose my mind if i didnt have that cigarette. After my first session i still had a small craving. I went to all 4 of my sessions for reinforcements and. My last smoke was 12/17/2019. Ill be 3 years smoke free this December. I dont even get that craving anymore knowing that my health is better off.
