  Great store. Friendly staff. Spent way too much money in the clothing department but I’m not mad about it lol.

  Great place for an event. Hosted beard competition and it was amazing. Had a blast and didn't get heckled by salesman. I looked at a couple bikes, asked a couple questions and moved along and didn't get followed around like at some other dealerships.

  My wife and I bought two bikes from Gail's and the experience was so pleasant they earned our future business. They pride themselves in supporting veterans and offering discounts. When I mentioned that I am a veteran that benefit was actually disregarded. We feel, the discounts is just a selling tool. We are residents of South Kansas City and support our local businesses and will forever. Mistakes can be made but we will not let that discourage us on our next purchase.

  Love this place! Staff is top notch! I was taking motorcyle safety which I would also highly recommend! The instructors are very knowledgeable and experienced riders. Alot of the instructors are retired motorcycle police officers. Motorcycle police officers have to pass a rigorous motorcycle exam and rider test.

  Hey guys and gals. Gail’s is the best Harley dealership I’ve ever been to. I’m just a just a baby when it comes to motorcycles and I got my first one there. I went to multiple other dealers in Kansas City, but I just felt like an outcast in those stores, but here they don’t judge based off appearance or age. Peanut was the bomb and I was grateful that I got to spend my time there with him. It’s nice to deal with a salesperson that is human and not damn near autonomous machine like other dealerships.
  
  Unfortunately I was rear ended just 24 hours after getting my bike. Paul and Kenny over in service are awesome at what they do. I’m sure they are sick of me asking questions about repair processes, but if they are they haven’t shown it whatsoever. They have gone above and beyond every time I’m in the store no matter what department I’m talking to. I will be a Gail’s Harley Davidson customer for life.
