(January 14, 2019, 4:01 pm)My Husband James Carter and I stayed at Woodsprings Suites Kansas City South for the past 2 days. During as heavy snow storm here, our power went out at our rental home and after 36 hours we were able to find a room at Woodsprings. The Rooms we found to be very clean. We appreciated the small kitchenette and Full size refrigerator with freezer.
The staff was courteous and compassionate with all the customers trying to find a room in the Inn during a difficult time. The rooms were quiet and the beds very comfortable. My husband and I were very pleased.
We were not sure how long our power could be out. We decided to book the room for their reasonable weekly rate. Four hours later our power was restored and they offered us a full refund which they did not have to do.
We had a great experience there considering the circumstances and can Highly Recommend Woodsprings Suites Kansas City South to any travelers or Extended Stay patrons in. the area.

(December 23, 2018, 1:40 am)I definitely recommend this Woodspring! The staff here is amazing! Always polite and respectful while treating you like an old friend. Very pet friendly which is a definite plus! It's quiet with easy access to all major highways. It is in a very nice residential setting. Woodspring Suites needs to model all their locations after this one. Great job, guys!

(November 4, 2018, 1:49 am)Great place for the price. I was missing a bar of soap and forgot to pack toiletries, however I called the front desk and they sent one up immediately. Will definitely visit again.

(October 2, 2018, 8:23 am)The hotel room was super clean, there were no loud closing of doors. The only sound was from the highway, but that just blurs to white noise, which I like. The few people I did encounter were nice and the area around the hotel was clean and well lit.
