  I lived at Fox Chase for a year and it was absolutely amazing. The apartments are layed perfectly, very clean, very quiet, and very beautiful. The management was amazing and the maintenance fixes things right away! I had no issues living here and it was the best apartment I have lived in. I highly recommend!

  I wanted to settle in for a few months before I wrote a review and here I am! I shopped a lot of apartment complexes and what drew me in here was the reviews. 4.0 on google says a lot to me and I am extremely happy to report that it stands tall. The buildings are older but they are clean and well kept. The grounds are well kept and maintenance is quick to respond to issues. The staff in the leasing office was absolutely wonderful and made me feel like they actually cared about me living there. The community is quiet and friendly. I am so happy I chose this complex and I highly recommend it over any place in Arnold, Oakville, or south county in general. A fantastic place to live!

  Just recently moved into a one bedroom apartment and it's just right for myself. Love that there is a playground for my grandkids and my dog has a small fenced in area to run in (even though she's older), my neighbors are quiet and nice. Only downfall is my apartment smells like smoke when I come home from being gone, one neighbor smokes a pipe and I think that is the issue. Even with air fresheners it doesn't help much.
  Overall I give this place a 5, can't wait to try the pool next year.

  I've lived here for over 2 years. My wife lived at these apartments before I met her, so I ended up moving in with her. The staff are super friendly. The community is very welcoming. I love the dog walking community and hope our next place has such a great dog walking community as well. Summer events are always awesome here. Big pool party with lots of people, games, prizes, food. Good times!
  
  The apartment itself offers a nice location right next to the interstate and is centrally located in Arnold. Arnold is a great place to live as everything you need is right next to you. There are beautiful trees all over, although in recent times, they have been cutting down quite a few, which is sad. Supposedly this is due to some kind of bug inside the tree that is currently impossible to get rid of. Eventually the bug will eat the tree away and could damage cars parked underneath during storms. All of these trees have been removed, but there are still quite a few trees that are beautiful to look at. There are many types of birds here, which is great for bird watching if you are into that. Simply set a bird feeder on your porch and you will have endless entertainment. My personal favorite is the beautiful morning dove.
  
  It's nice having a washer and a dryer inside the house. If you need laundry done quickly, you can simply go to the laundromat which the apartment has right behind its office.
  
  If you have a loud obnoxious neighbor, simply talk to them and tell them what's up. I've had quite a few people move in and get evicted due to noise complaints. Easy fix!
  
  Anyone complaining about the highway noise should really get a reality check. Why would you move into an apartment that is literally right next to the interstate if you can't stand the interstate noise? I've got what's called Misophonia, which is a hatred of sound. The interstate noise is actually soothing to me, and I've probably got one of the closest apartments to the interstate.
  
  My only regret is that the walls in our bathroom are completely stained from the chain smoker that lived here before us. They were painted over before we got here, but the residual stains come out whenever you take a hot shower. I'm not 100% sure, but I think it's started to cause me and my wife to develop allergies, despite vacuuming and cleaning the house every week. It could also be due to living in Missouri, but who knows.
  
  The showers can also be slightly annoying, as sometimes they are super hot, other times super cold, despite the weather and the temperature you set them to (and not running water elsewhere). I wish they would stay a consistent temperature.

  So I think it's interesting that the traffic noise bothers only a couple of people, but certainly not everyone. The apartment complex is not that large, and I live toward the back, and there is certainly still highway noise. I've noticed, however, since I drive on highways (as does almost everyone else in the universe) that there are MANY apartment complexes right near highways. Fox Chase is for sure special, though. I've enjoyed my four years at Fox Chase immensely. Always felt very safe and the staff took very good care of me and my apartment the entire time. My apartment, although not large or spacious, is exactly what I needed, and the floorplan worked well for me and my son. All of my neighbors love living there too. I'll miss it.
