Whenever I need service I always stop at Dobbs. I have worked with Mike at the Arnold location a couple of times.He is very knowledgeable, helpful and personable. Highly recommended.

I needed a safety inspection for my car. I went in at opening and they were short two workers, but they offered to squeeze me in since they weren’t able to offer me a shuttle home. They got my car In immediately and I only waited about 15 minutes. They were very nice and friendly and I would recommend this location to anyone.

Dobbs is the best. I couldn't believe the customer service we received. I made an appointment to get 4 new tires. I was very stressed because I have to travel to my cancer treatments every week and thought I needed new tires. I am not working and tires really were not in my budget. I received a phone call from Dobbs telling me I really didn't need new tires. I couldn't believe it! They could have just sold me tires I would have never known but instead they were honest and put the customer first! I will never go anywhere else for tires and any other service they provide. They have my business for life! You can't find businesses that dedicated to customer service anymore. They are outstanding!!!
