I appreciated everything about the service we received from Service Master. Lauren, our first contact, was the calm during our storm. She walked us through the process and was an excellent guide during our home chaos. The young men who came out and cleaned up from the water damage were all excellent. Kiev and Cory were the first on the scene. Kiev explained the process and then he and Cory went to work. The next crew members, led by Cameron, were also terrific. Cameron was so helpful and calming. What an outstanding communicator! As I mentioned, every crew member was fantastic. Thanks to Cameron, Cory, Kiev, Ashton, Vinnie, Lauren, and Bobbie back at the main office.

Service Master should be proud of these men and women. They are excellent representatives of the company. This was a traumatic experience for us. But working with these individuals was a real pleasure.

I had my father's lift chair cleaned today at a nursing home. Keith was on time, very pleasant, respectful and accommodating. I was given a base price that includes up to 3 cleanings if necessary. I would recommend them to anyone. Very pleased!

Service master was out this afternoon when our sewer backed up. Given that they had an hour drive, their two hour response time on a Sunday morning was excellent for us. Ryan Hunter and his team were expedient, courteous and reliable in every way. I trusted them to move out of the way what I couldn't move and clean up what I couldn't see. And after the first day I'm very satisfied with their thoroughness. I'll post again after the completion of my dry-out.
